Another brilliant creation by Dan Maples this course mimics it's name through enchanting elevation changes, transformed landscapes and rock bridges. Literally 1,000,000 cubic yards of earth were moved to create this work of genius and truly unique to the beach. A "must play" for any visitor!

Enjoyable course, but design was lacking. Bent grass greens were in good shape, but a little slow. Bunkers were too hard, fortunately I was only in one. Fairways could have been cut lower, but there were no bad lies. Would play again.

First time playing the Wizard. Enjoyed the course very much. challenging holes made the day enjoyable. Course is in great shape. Seemed a little overcrowded on the course, very bunched up foursomes, waited a lot for other groups. Slow play all day long. Will play again, though.

Too bad Wizard & Man O war are not connected in such a way as to not have to get back in your car to play the other course.

Liked this course very much. Different from most MB courses. Friendly to the high handicapper.

This course was the surprise of the trip. We loved this course and it was the best golf experience of the trip. We played this course the day after heavy rain and our Parkinson's member was allowed to have a flag on his cart to travel on the fairways. Very accommodating.

Course is wide open and plays easy but be advised that the greens here and at Man O' War have been spiked and sanded. In Ireland you get reduced rates when the course is being worked but not in Myrtle. Staff was very nice and play was quick.
