Uniqueness and finesse define the magnificent coastal wetlands and hardwood forests of South Creek. With just 6,400 yards from the back tees, this course challenges golfers to focus on accuracy not distance with each shot. Distinctly different from other Myrtle Beach National courses, South Creek stands out with its numerous waste areas and well protected bentgrass greens demanding the deftness of a truly skilled golfer.

Much better than expected. Greens were faster and more true than more expensive courses. Carts need to be upgraded.

A big step down from King's North, but still a decent course. Nothing to write home about but I also don't have any complaints.

Played the South Creek course and it was fantastic. Condition was much better than average. The West Course greens were just punched and it was just luck we picked the South Creek course to play. Golfers need to know when the greens have been top dressed before tee times are booked.

We especially liked the fact that they had self-serve ice and water.

Nice course, the only problem we had was they sent golfers out on 1 and 10 at same time and when we came off of 18 there were golfers waiting to tee off on 1. This made our back nine last almost 3 hours. When we talked to the ranger he said “that is the way we do things down here." I liked the course but this ranger and the extreme slow play really hurt our round. The other twosome with us said they would never play there again because of slow play and the ranger.

Course was in great condition other than freshly fertilized greens, which is not that big of a deal. The staff was wonderful and it was a great first day of golf in Myrtle Beach and I will try to play it again when we return.

I thought the course was in great shape. My girlfriend and I played May 6th and everything was very green and the fairways and greens were in very good shape. The bad part about it was how crowded the course was. Our foursome played right at the 4-hour mark and we still felt completely rushed. They sent too many groups directly after us which made it harder to enjoy the course.
